What we collect

This website has no forms, no accounts and no sign up. We do not collect personal information through it.

Two things follow from using any website. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the time of your request, used to keep the site available and secure. And if you choose to email us, we receive whatever you put in that email.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising, social or session recording technologies, and it loads no third party scripts, fonts or images. We do not engage in cross context behavioural advertising, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals by default because we do not track you in the first place.

How we use what you email us

To answer your enquiry, to evaluate a possible business relationship, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use it for automated decision making or profiling.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. We disclose information only to the service providers that host this site and deliver our email, and where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is retained for retention period unless a business relationship begins, in which case records are kept for as long as that relationship requires and for any period required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain it in a portable form, to limit the use of sensitive information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana, may also have a right to appeal a refused request.

To make a request, email sales@regencybrandsusa.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We will verify your identity using the email address on file and respond within the period required by applicable law. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Children

This site is directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Regency Brands places business only with production partners that meet our customers' requirements and our own. Before any order is placed we review capability, quality systems and social compliance, and we reassess partners on a regular cycle.
